ManagementMarc A. OlsonCEO & FounderMarc A. Olson is a Founder and CEO of Nayatek. Marc brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in global operations, development initiatives, and strategic market positioning with over 10 years of international experience in EMEA & Asia Pacific. He has been active in the computer industry for well over two decades, with experience in security and compliance software & technologies, operations management, and most other vital aspects of business relationships across international corporate cultures. He is a frequent speaker at conferences on security and technology related topics. Marc has spoken at various network security seminars, industry technology conferences and press conferences. Prior to Nayatek, Marc was the President of Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific for Sybari Software from 2000 until its acquisition by Microsoft Corporation in 2005. Marc started international operations for Sybari Software with one person and grew the organization throughout his tenure across development, operations, sales and support to include more than 130 employees, 12 offices and more than 65% of the company’s global annual revenue. Previously, Marc was the Vice President for Southern Europe for Network Associates where he oversaw the start up and the growth of those regions. At Network Associates he also held business development positions in the UK and in New York. He held key roles at Johnson Controls, and Siemens Business Systems. Throughout his tenure within these organizations, Marc has served as a pinnacle in the execution of extensive relationships, strategic sales models, and revenue driven plans which have resulted in the reorganization of multi-million dollar client accounts, and revenue producing organizations on a global level. Marc holds a B.S from Elon University. Scott LehmannSenior Vice-President, Product Management & Marketing & Vice-President EMEA & FounderScott Lehmann is the Senior Vice-President of Product Management and Marketing and is a Founder of Nayatek. Scott brings more than 15 years of senior management experience in information technology sales, strategy development, product marketing and channel development. Scott is a dynamic and driven leader who possesses significant accomplishments across a broad platform of concentrations. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the development and execution of strategy and solutions development, marketing programs and project management. Prior to Nayatek, Scott was the EMEA Marketing Manager for Security Products at Microsoft Corporation where he was responsible for field marketing execution of campaigns, partner readiness and go to markets for the Forefront and ISA product lines. He also played a key role in the EMEA transition of the Sybari business to Microsoft. At Sybari Software EMEA, Scott was the Director of EMEA Channels and Alliances from 2001-2005 where he oversaw the exponential and profitable growth of Sybari’s channel, alliances and global system integrator partnerships. During his time at Sybari he also held roles as the Director of Sales for Central Europe, Middle East & Africa and Eastern Europe. Previously Scott worked for TenFour, a Swedish security software vendor as the North American Channel & Alliance Manager. Prior to that he was the sales manager at a systems integrator in the Washington, DC area for six years focused on IT security, networking and messaging solutions for a select corporate, government and international client base. Scott holds a B.A from Tufts University and a M.A from Georgetown University. Shirley BorghiChief Operating Officer & Vice-President AmericasShirley Borghi is the Chief Operating Officer of Nayatek. Shirley is a seasoned Senior Operations, Strategic Planning and Marketing Executive with in excess of 15 years in Sales, and Marketing Leadership roles, successfully directing all facets of sales, marketing communications, public relations, direct marketing, and significant expansion and growth expertise within several organizations and client accounts. She is a recognized leader in sales, marketing, professional services, consultative services, company development, product launches for Fortune 500 companies as well as new ventures, and start-ups. Prior to co-founding the consultative services of Novangelus Consulting Group, Inc., and the consultative business of Phoenix Advisors, Shirley was a key member of several executive teams such as Hayes Microcomputer Products, Inc., Open Environment Corporation, Johnson Controls, and Entex Information Systems, Inc. She has been at the helm of companies as Senior Executive overseeing all facets of marketing, strategic alliances, MarCom, business development, professional services, and consulting. She has also served as a Principal Business Consult to the turnaround management, merger and acquisition, expansion and reorganization industry for over ten years, and has served as both an interim and appointed Senior Executive to several companies. Shirley is the recipient of multiple industry and company awards and honors in marketing, channels, and strategic planning, and has been published in trade magazines; she has served on the advisory council for several of her former employers, and is an elected member of NAFE, and is an active member, mentor and leader of her community. She is a former scholastic athlete and serves as a coach and mentor within several youth programs. Shirley holds a B.A from Wheaton College. |
